Rock & Roll Hotel is a music venue and nightclub that was established in 2006 in the H St Corridor of Washington, DC. We host original bands from around the region, country, and globe. Rock & Roll Hotel has 3 floors; the concert hall, 2nd floor lounge, and rooftop deck.

IS ROCK & ROLL HOTEL INDEPENDENTLY BOOKED AND OPERATED?
Rock & Roll Hotel has and always will be an independent music venue. All our staffing and security are one big family, and employed in-house. We do not use any outside companies or promoters for booking. Everything is done in-house, from marketing to booking to hiring to sound to food service. We are extremely proud of this.
DO YOU SERVE FOOD?
Yes, please visit our food menu on the website. All food is served family style and ordered from the bar. There is no wait service.
WHAT TYPE OF BEVERAGES ARE SERVED AT ROCK & ROLL HOTEL?
There is a full service bar in the concert hall, 2nd floor, and rooftop deck. We also have plenty of non-alcoholic beverages as well such as juice, bottled water, soda, and Red Bull. The rooftop bar also serves specialty cocktails and frozen drinks.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
No PARKING at the venue. Parking is limited to the metered street parking. There are parking meters along H St that run a 2 hour limit from 7:00AM-6:30PM, Monday – Saturday. Monday – Saturday it is 75 cents per Hour 7:00AM-6:30PM and $2.00 per Hour, 6:30PM-10:00PM. Parking is free on Sundays and after 10:00PM. If you plan to drive, please give yourself plenty of time to find adequate parking. You can also try Parking Panda and Spot Hero
DOES ROCK & ROLL HOTEL HAVE A LOST & FOUND?
Yes. Any items found after closing are placed in lost & found for up to 1 week. Please, do not blame or lose patience with us because you lost something while enjoying yourself a little too much.
HOW DO PEOPLE GET TO ROCK & ROLL HOTEL?
Please use all forms of transportation like bus, bike, car, and cab. The closest Metro is Union Station, which is about 15 blocks away. Many people also park at Union Station and take a cab down to the club.
IF I DON’T WANT TO COME TO A SHOW, DO I HAVE TO PAY TO GET ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND ROOF?
No, the 2nd floor and roof NEVER have a cover. Enjoy.

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We receive many submissions for show booking. We cannot respond to all inquiries and if we’re interested, you will hear back from us. No cold calling or press packs please.
IF I’M INTERESTED IN BOOKING MY BAND, WHAT SHOULD I SEND YOU?
Please send a web link to music. Send all social media links as well. Let us know where you have played in DC prior. Give us a general handful of dates that might work for your band. EVERYONE wants a weekend, so mix it up a bit.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK?
Rock & Roll Hotel is booked up to 6 months in advance, but on average we’re focusing on 3 months out. However, there all always scattered dates that we are looking to fill.
IF THERE IS NOTHING LISTED ON A PARTICULAR CALENDAR DATE, DOES THAT MEAN THE DATE IS OPEN?
No. The date could be booked but not announced yet.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND ROCK & ROLL HOTEL?
All Ages are welcome to the shows in our concert hall unless otherwise noted on the event listing. You must be 21+ with valid ID to enjoy the 2nd floor and our rooftop deck. All attendees are ID’d and wristbanded at the door before entering the establishment. If you are under the age of 21 or without valid ID to attend the show, your hands will be X’d.

– No outside liquids or food of any kind are allowed.
– No weapons of any kind are allowed. Leave the pocket knife at home.
– No sharpies, spray paint, paint brunches, markets of any kind are allowed. Keep your art for your home.
– No professional audio or video. Camera phone with no selfie stick or attachments are fine.
DOES ROCK & ROLL HOTEL HAVE A DRESS CODE?
No, only that you come clothed.
DOES ROCK & ROLL HOTEL HAVE A COAT AND BAG CHECK?
YES. $2-$3 TO CHECK A BAG OR COAT.
WHAT TIME DO THE BANDS PLAY?
Show times will be announced day of. Click on the event listing and the set times for each artist will be appear on the day of the show. Please note, all times are approximate and subject to change without notice.
WHAT TIME DO THE SHOWS END?
For the most part, shows during the week end by 11:30pm and on the weekends at 12:30am. However, again, all times are approximate and subject to change without notice.
IS ROCK & ROLL HOTEL SEATED FOR ITS SHOWS?
No. Rock & Roll Hotel is standing room only and general admission. On certain occasions, we will have a seated show, and that will be noted on the event listing on our website.
Does Rock & Roll Hotel have DISABILITY SEATING or an elevator?
Technically, no. If you have an injury or a disability that restricts your ability to stand for long periods of time, please email us a week or two before the show and we will do out best to accommodate.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE SHOW?
NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTO, AUDIO, OR VIDEO. Any professional photography or video must be cleared by the artist. We highly discourage using your hand held device or smart phone to take videos or photos that may disrupt the artist’s performance. Come here to watch the show LIVE, not to post on social network sites or related. Flash photography of any kind is strictly prohibited.
HOW CAN I GET TICKETS?
We currently sell tickets on-line and over the phone through Ticketfly. You cannot buy tickets over the phone through Rock & Roll Hotel. Tickets are sold at our box office for all shows on days we have shows and the box office is open. There are no service fees for tickets sold at our box office.
WHEN DO TICKETS GO ON-SALE?
Tickets usually go on-sale at 10am on Fridays. Please click on the event listing if no ticket link is available to see when tickets go on-sale.
CAN I TRANSFER, EXCHANGE, OR SWITCH THE NAME OF THE TICKET?
Rock & Roll Hotel does NOT allow transfer or exchanges of tickets. We do not allow any names changes of tickets. We apologize for any inconvenience.
HOW DO I KNOW IF A SHOW IS SOLD OUT?
If a show is sold out, it will be listed as SOLD OUT on the LIVE section of the website on that particular show date. The ticketing link will also be removed. If a show is SOLD OUT, that means no tickets are left in advance or at the door day of show. A show is not SOLD OUT unless we have the show listed as such.
